IHC suspends single bench's verdict barring private schools from charging summer vacation fee

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A divisional bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday suspended the single bench’s decision barring the private schools from collecting fees for summer vacations.
A divisional bench of the IHC cmprising Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani conducted hearing of an intra-court appeal challenging Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui’s judgement barring the private schools from collecting fees for summer vacations.
Sardar Latif Khosa, the counsel of petitioner presented his arguments and said that a decision was pronounced against his clients but they werent even made party.
He said that the single bench’s judgement is illegal.
Earlier, a single bench of IHC comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz had barred the private schools from collecting fees for summer vacations.
